C.D.Nowell studio pottery vase.


White earthenware with yellow running glazes.  6.25 inches high.


Signiture and "Disley" mark on Base.    



C.D.Nowell ran his pottery at Disley, Chesire from 1946 to 1951, later relocating in Prestbury.

16.5 inches high.   Orange "Uranium" glaze.

Condition:-  some glaze chipping on edges but no cracks or body chips.

Very large, Cornish "Celtic Pottery" table lamp with original hesian shade.


Very good condition, no cracks or chips.  Needs re-wiring.


Hight of base:- 18 inches,  ( 460 mm ),  overall hight:- 34 inches,  ( 865 mm )

Primative Methodist Centenary, 1806-1906, Commemorative plate.


Made by:- Wood & Sons, Burslem, Staffordshire.  Issued 1907.


Made in "Royal Semi=Porcelain"   Blue transfere printed with gilding.


Diameter:- 9.5 inches.



Condition, very good, no chips or cracks, some minor wear to gilding.
