G. E. Treweek

  was an active member of the St.Ives society of artists, exhibiting at their annual exhibitions in the 1930's. His favoured subject seems to have been the cliffs on the North Cornish coast around St.Ives to Pendeen. Little is known about him, he didn't appear to live in Cornwall but was probably a native of the county , his name Treweek  coming from the old Cornish Tre- Wyk , meaning the  " The home in the woods"
